Caterina is passionate about work that makes a difference.  Her work brings artists, creatives and heritage practitioners together with communities to tell hidden stories and to celebrate and enjoy the places where they live and work. Through this, she develops artists and organisations; supports communities to engage in cultural activity nurturing skills, confidence, and civic pride, and helps to build the cultural profile of cities.

A mixture of creativity, clear vision, ambition, hard-work, good humour, political-understanding, and partnership working has enabled her to deliver exciting and inclusive programmes of significance, both at the national and grassroots level.

Caterina has been providing consultancy services for a range of high-profile and local authority clients since March 2016.   

Caterina is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
